Anthropic's data policy: enterprise customer code is NOT used for training by default. Free + Pro tiers: review the specific privacy policy. Enterprise contract terms confirm.
Anthropic's enterprise customers have explicit no-training contracts; consumer Pro tier varies. For sensitive code, require Anthropic enterprise tier + no-training contract.
Independent of training: leaked .claude/settings.local.json files (per Lakera Apr 2026 study) are an active threat. Add `.claude/` to .gitignore + .npmignore.
